Preparation of Abstracts


Abstract submission will close on Midnight (GMT) on :


Extended deadline:

20th August  2018 (oral)

30th September (posters only)


Before submitting your abstract, please read through our guidelines below:



  • Abstracts can only be submitted via E-mail to

  • All abstracts must be submitted by Midnight (GMT) on Friday 15 June 2018 (extended to 20 August -oral- /20th september (posters only). 
           Please note: Any abstracts received after the closing date might not be considered or accepted.

  • All submitting/lead authors need to have registered for the Annual Meeting  to secure your presentation in the programme.

  • By submitting an abstract, you agree to your email address being published with your abstract in the conference abstract booklet.

Following the submission deadline on 20th August/20th September 2018, each abstract will be assessed by the scientific committee. You will then receive a notification confirming if your abstract has been accepted or declined and further information shortly after the deadline.


Up to three communications/abstracts per registration will be accepted.  

Companies booking "company workshops" are welcome to submit an abstract following the general instructions  using the standard ABSTRACT TEMPLATE
